Dr. Goodluck Odii is the Founder and Lead Pastor of Life-giving Nation, a growing global ministry committed to bringing new life to the world through the power of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. He is a prophetic and apostolic teacher, preacher, author, worshipper, and a passionate voice for revival, discipleship, and spiritual awakening, particularly among young people.
Dr. Goodluck was called into ministry in 2015, while in his penultimate year of medical school at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Nigeria. During his time in medical school, he served as President of the Christian Medical and Dental Association (CMDA) Students, Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH). He graduated as a medical doctor in 2017.
His call into ministry was preceded and accompanied by a series of profound spiritual encounters between 30 October and 27 November 2015. These encounters became foundational to his understanding of God's purpose for his life and ministry.
Following these encounters, he embarked on an extended period of prayer and fasting to seek God for clarity concerning the direction of his life. On the seventh day of the fast, 20 November 2015, at a prayer camp in Iyanasashi, Lagos, he received what he describes as the Life-giving mandate, a divine commission to bring new life to the world, anchored in the words of Jesus in John 5:25.
On the fourteenth day of the fast, 27 November 2015, he experienced what he describes as an unusual baptism of power in Zaria, under the ministry of Dr. John Akpami. These encounters profoundly shaped his spiritual journey and became part of the foundation upon which his ministry was built.
After graduating from medical school, Dr. Goodluck spent a dedicated year seeking God through prayer, fasting, and intensive study of the Scriptures, following what he understood to be God's instruction to wait on Him before beginning other professional work. The year became a significant season of spiritual formation and divine encounters.
He subsequently completed his one-year medical internship from 2018 to 2019 and worked in several hospitals before transitioning fully into church ministry in 2021.
The Life-giving mandate
Dr. Goodluck's ministry is anchored principally on John 5:25 and 2 Timothy 1:10–11, with a central mandate to bring new life and make things that were not working begin to work.
His ministry is characterized by strong biblical teaching, prophetic ministry, prayer, healing, and the demonstration of the miraculous power of God. His message is particularly focused on bringing hope to the hopeless, restoring people to God, and helping individuals experience transformation in every area of their lives.
He carries a strong burden for revival and spiritual awakening among young people, believing that a generation can be discipled, equipped, and raised into the fullness of God's purpose.
Worship and music
Dr. Goodluck is an ardent worshipper who combines sound biblical teaching and preaching with prophetic songs. He believes worship is not merely a musical expression but a significant dimension of spiritual ministry.
He has received and ministered several songs which flow from his encounters with God, including the released song "Jehovah Turned My Life Around."
Prayer and spiritual formation
Dr. Goodluck is the host of Prayer House Global, an online prayer platform on Telegram where believers from different locations gather at designated prayer hours everyday.
He also hosts the monthly prayer gathering: Fan To Flames, a prayer platform dedicated to stirring spiritual hunger, strengthening believers, activating the gifts of the Spirit, and keeping the fire of devotion to God burning.
For Dr. Goodluck, discipleship is central to Christian development. He believes that every believer can grow into the fullness of the stature of Christ through intentional discipleship, spiritual formation, and the systematic teaching of God's Word.

Life-giving Assembly
Dr. Goodluck Odii is the host of the annual Life-giving Assembly (LGA), a major seven-day Holy Ghost gathering that has been held annually since 2016.
Life-giving Assembly is designed as a week-long spiritual gathering through which the community is impacted with the life of Jesus through the ministry of the Holy Spirit and the teaching of God's Word. Over the years, it has become a significant expression of the Life-giving mandate.
Global ministry
Through Life-giving Nation and its various ministry platforms, Dr. Goodluck Odii serves people across different nations of the world, with members and participants currently represented in countries including Nigeria, Ghana, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America, among others.
His ministry continues to leverage both physical gatherings and digital platforms to reach people across geographical boundaries with the message of Christ, prayer, discipleship, revival, and the life-giving power of God.
Dr. Goodluck Odii is also an author and maintains an active presence across major social media platforms, where he shares teachings, messages, prayers, worship, and ministry content.
